If you have more questions than answers, we can help support you to

move forward.

Foggy Forest Scene

About Us

You do not have to figure it out alone.

Sometimes life changes faster than we can keep up, and it becomes overwhelming.

You might be leaving the armed forces, going through a relationship breakdown, facing burnout, be a new parent, or simply feeling lost and unsure where to turn next.

If that’s you, you are not broken. And you are not alone.

We offer calm, practical, non-judgemental support to help you pause, gain clarity, and work out your next steps.

We’re not therapists, and we don’t diagnose.
We help you make sense of what’s happening and guide you towards the right kind of support.

Sometimes that’s emotional support.
Sometimes it’s practical help.
Sometimes it’s simply having someone say,

“Let’s start here.”

We are empathetic, practical, honest, calm and resourceful.

We don’t diagnose or tell you what to do.

We help you think clearly, regain direction, and move forward with confidence.

How Sessions Work

Sessions are flexible and designed around you.

They can be:

• Online (video or phone)
• In person - including walk-and-talk sessions or relaxed settings (sometimes with a cuppa and cake)

Price

Sessions are priced at £50.
For those wanting to commit to deeper work, reduced rates are available on packages of five sessions or more.

We’re based on the Surrey/London border, giving us strong local knowledge of services across London, Surrey and Sussex. We also work with and understand national charities and organisations, so wherever you are in the UK, we can help you navigate the right support.

How We Work

Online or in person

Moxibustion

When everything feels complicated, we help you simplify it.

Mental Health Pathways

Not sure whether to go through the NHS or privately?

We’ll help you understand waiting times, referral routes, and what makes sense for your situation, so you’re not navigating it alone.

Practical Support

Overwhelmed by forms, referrals or knowing who to contact?

We can help you:

• Register with services
• Complete applications
• Understand eligibility
• Contact the right organisations

Clarity & Next Steps

Feeling stuck or unsure what comes next?

We help you pause, think clearly, and build a realistic plan, whether that’s career, housing, relationships or rebuilding confidence.

Veteran Transition Support

Leaving the armed forces or adjusting to civilian life?

We understand the complexity of resettlement and can help you navigate housing, benefits, employment and emotional adjustment.

We support you as a whole person, not just one part of your life. Together, we can talk through where you are right now and gently explore what you want next, even if you don’t know the answer yet. Many people don’t, and that’s completely normal.

When everything feels overwhelming, it’s hard to know where to start. You might be wondering:

  • Should I look for help through the NHS, a charity, or an organisation?

  • Do I need specialist support, or something more practical right now?

  • Should I be paying for private support?

  • Where do I even need to register?

  • Do I want a new job, a new career, or to work for myself?

  • Why do I have more questions than answers?

We help you slow things down, make sense of what’s most important right now, and work out your next steps, one layer at a time.

Leaving the military or adjusting after service can feel disorientating.

The structure, identity and support you once had can disappear almost overnight, leaving you unsure where to turn next.

You might be feeling:

• Lost or unsettled
• Unsure how civilian systems work
• Overwhelmed by housing, work, admin or finances
• Unsure whether you need practical help, emotional support, or both.

You don’t need to have all the answers.

We offer calm, practical, non-judgemental support to help you make sense of what comes next , at your pace.

We can help you:

• Talk things through with someone who understands transition
• Explore career options or starting your own business
• Work out what support is right for you (NHS, charities or private services)
• Navigate systems, forms and registrations
• Break everything down into manageable next steps

You do not have to be in crisis to ask for help.
And you do not have to do this alone.

If you would like to complete our survey, it gives us more insight meaning we can find more ways to help. You can find it here, it takes 5 minutes and can be anonymous.

We are two women who care deeply about people, particularly when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or off-track. Our work is shaped by both professional experience and our own lived experience.

Our Team

Jess has over 25 years’ experience as a
Mental Health Nurse within the NHS,
supporting people through crisis, transition,
trauma, and recovery.

This work isn’t clinical or diagnostic. It draws on her insight, compassion, and deep understanding of mental health systems to
help people understand what support might help, and how to access it

safely.

She is also a Mum to a pair of teens, and a smaller nutty dog!

Between us, we bring decades of experience in mental
health, people support, operations, and practical problem-solving. We offer empathy, honesty, and a
calm, steady presence.

Sometimes we laugh, sometimes we cry, and sometimes we do both before the kettle’s boiled. Life isn’t always tidy, and giving ourselves permission to
feel it all, with a little kindness and humour, makes the journey easier.

This isn’t about labels or fixing people. It’s about helping people find their footing again.

We have various other experienced people we can involve should you require it, including children and education specialists.

Client Stories

Our clients share their experiences with us.

Andy J, Veteran

Carol B, Wife of a Veteran

Adam L, CEO facing redundancy

"I’d spoken to a few charities, but everything felt slow and quite general. With these ladies, things moved quickly, practical help, clear direction, and someone actually checking in. It made a real difference at a time I needed it most."
"We didn’t really know where to start or who to trust. Jess gave us calm, practical support straight away and helped us understand what was actually needed. It felt like someone was finally taking the pressure off, not adding to it."
"I was overwhelmed and stuck, trying to juggle too much and not knowing what to prioritise or how to best move forward. Tami helped me break things down quickly and move forward in a way that actually felt manageable. It was supportive without being overbearing, exactly what I needed."

FAQ'S

Are you therapists?

No, we are not therapists.

Not everyone is looking for in-depth therapy. Sometimes you simply need space to talk things through, gain clarity, and work out what to do next without committing to a clinical process.

Our role is to guide and support you in navigating life’s practical and emotional challenges. We help you think clearly, explore your options, and identify the most appropriate support for your situation.

If therapeutic or medical input is needed, we will always encourage you to seek the right qualified professional and can support you in understanding how to access that help.

We provide clarity, structure and direction, but we do not offer therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment.

What sort of things can you help with?

This isn’t an exhaustive list, if you’re unsure whether we can help, just ask.

We commonly support with:

  • ADHD and ASD basic screening, guidance and understanding next steps

  • EHCP first steps and navigating the process

  • NHS Right to Choose guidance

  • Budgeting and reviewing day-to-day costs (insurance, utilities and household bills)

  • New parent support

  • Veteran support and understanding available pathways

  • Practical admin support and organisation

  • Low mood, depression and anxiety

  • Isolation and loneliness

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure where to begin, we can help you work out the next step.

What do I get from a session?

Each session lasts 60 minutes, giving us the time and space to talk things through properly.

Together, we’ll gently untangle what feels overwhelming, bring clarity to your situation, and create clear, manageable next steps so you leave feeling more confident about what to do next.

If you would like us to carry out research, contact your GP, liaise with professionals, or complete any work outside of the session, this is charged at the same hourly rate. We will always encourage you to do this yourself where possible, but we’re very happy to support you if you’d prefer us to do it on your behalf.

Can I come to you if I am in crisis?

We are not a crisis service.

If you are in immediate danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, please call 999.

If you need urgent mental health support but are not in immediate danger, you can call NHS 111 and press 2 to access your local urgent mental health helpline (England). They are available 24 hours a day.

Every local authority also has a crisis support team. You can find the appropriate service for your area by searching online for your local NHS urgent mental health team.

Can you see my NHS records?

This is private support.

We do not routinely share information with your GP or any other service. What you discuss with us remains confidential.

If you would like us to contact your GP or another professional on your behalf, for example, when advocating or helping you access support, we can do so with your written permission.

The only exception to confidentiality would be if we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. In that situation, we may need to share relevant information to ensure safety.

What ages do you work with?

We work with adults aged 18 and over.

However, we can absolutely support those who are caring for or advocating on behalf of someone under 18. This includes new parents, parents of neurodiverse children, and those navigating education, EHCP processes, or wider support systems.

Our focus is on supporting the adult, helping you feel clearer, more confident, and better equipped to advocate and make informed decisions.
